  1. Our delivery methods include air, sea, land and international express shipping, depending on the specific country or region. Delivery methods differ in cost and timeframe. If you are looking for affordable sea, land, or international express transportation, we offer a variety of options. You can select the best method based on your needs. Additionally, we also offer a combination of transportation services to meet your needs.

Delivery by International Express (FedEx, DHL, UPS): 3-5 days

Our Air Freight and Delivery: DDP delivery, 10-12 working days

Fast Ocean Shipping: DDP delivery, 19-30 working days

Ordinary Ocean Shipping: DDP delivery, 45-60 working days

Notes:

The DAP delivery method entails door-to-door delivery, but excludes customs duties and taxes

The DDP method of delivery provides door-to-door service, which includes cost of transportation, customs duties, and other taxes.

Our shipping services are currently available to countries and regions all over the world. Shipping methods and delivery times can be found by contacting the sales team.

  1. What method do you use to calculate shipping costs?

Depending on the weight or volume of the goods, shipping costs are calculated. Different shipping methods and prices apply to different countries and regions. For prices specific to your area, please contact our sales team

  1. How do I know if my order has been shipped?

After the goods are shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping number. Or you can check your order status under “My Account” > “My Orders”.

  1. Upon incurring customs duties,international shipments –  who is responsible?

Because each country or region has different tariff policies, we cannot calculate them accurately, so the buyer is generally responsible for paying the customs duties. Customs clearance procedures are usually handled by the shipping company, and sometimes the company pays the tariffs first. It only takes a few days for the goods to arrive and pay the shipping company’s fees. Keep an eye on your email or phone messages during customs clearance.

Internationally outside of the United Kingdom, we don’t add VAT, taxes, or any other hidden fees. A fee calculation and information will be provided prior to the transaction. Some products, however, will not be taxed, depending on the country’s policies.

  1. Who is responsible for customs clearance if my order is detained by customs?

It is the buyer’s responsibility to clear any detained items after the goods leave our facility. If you want to know the specific reasons, contact your local customs office. Most shipping companies and customs companies will email you to explain the details within three days. In accordance with the instructions, you can go through the customs clearance process. During customs clearance, pay close attention to emails and phone messages.
